Unfortunately No. That is how the app ecosystem works. Licenses for iOS and Android are attached the relevant App Store account and can be used on all your devices that has the same App store account.

Weighted height toggle enables the height of a particular combo to be the frequency with which it arrives at that point. Weighted width will include/exclude combos in the range cell. Best way to get familiar with it is to observe one combo [say AA] and walking through different postflop lines.
